Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days for domestic orders, and 5-14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination. You can check your order status anytime in "My Account > Order History".
You can track your order by going to "My Account > Order History" and clicking the "Track Shipment" button next to your order. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can cancel your order by going to "My Account > Order History" and clicking the "Cancel Order" button. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you'll need to return the item after you receive it for a refund according to our return policy.

An electronic receipt will be automatically sent to your email address after your purchase is completed. You can also access and download your receipts anytime by going to "My Account > Order History" and clicking on the "View Receipt" button next to your order.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Go to "My Account > Order History"
- Find your order and click "Return/Exchange"
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason
- Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange
- Print the return shipping label (if eligible) and return instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely with the original packaging if possible
- Attach the return label and drop off the package at the specified carrier
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Some items, such as personalized products, undergarments, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 3-5 business days, and refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we'll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they are exchanging for a different size or color of the same product, in which case we offer free return shipping. Premium members receive free returns on all orders.
To create an account, click on the "Account" icon at the top right corner of our website, then select "Create Account." You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also register using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account for faster sign-up.
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Account" icon, select "Log In," and then click on "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
To update your account information, log in to your account and go to "My Account > Account Settings." Here, you can update your personal information, change your password, manage saved addresses, and update payment methods.
